Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of getnestwell.us (the "Site") and any purchase from Nestwell ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and use

Nestwell heated wraps are personal comfort products intended for relaxation and warmth. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Follow the included instructions and safety guidance. Do not use while sleeping, on numb or broken skin, or on children. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, diabetes, poor circulation or any medical condition, consult your doctor before use.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color or packaging may occur.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Accounts and payments

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to Nestwell or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestwell is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
