How much is shipping at Nestwell?
Shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 5–12 business days, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is the return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received.
My item arrived damaged or doesn't work. What should I do?
Contact us within 30 days with a photo or short description and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Where do Nestwell products ship from?
Most items ship from US warehouses. If an item ships from overseas, the delivery estimate on the product page will say so.
Is a heated shoulder wrap safe to use every day?
For most people, short sessions of 15–20 minutes on a low or medium setting are comfortable. Never use heat while sleeping or on numb skin, and check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, diabetes or poor circulation.
