Shipping policy

Free shipping: shipping is free on all orders to the United States.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time: most US orders arrive within 5-12 business days after they ship. Delivery times can be longer during holidays and peak season.

Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Lost or late packages: if your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
