Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you are not happy with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Condition: items must be unused where possible and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short description and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You will not need to pay for return shipping.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5-10 business days to post it.

Cancellations: you can cancel an order free of charge before it ships by contacting us.
